Once you complete your booking, you will receive an email confirming your appointment. It will have a link to complete an online client intake consent form. The terms and conditions, consultation fees (2025 fee schedule) and POPIA are available to view when you complete the consent form. 

Please settle your account (Yoco card payment or SnapScan) after your appointment, unless you have an approved, active PMB authorisation, which will be submitted directly to your medical aid.
